Menu Bar Object Fails to Open Without Configured Share in Version 3.1.0

Since version 3.1.0, changes to the menu bar object prevent it from opening unless a share is configured. When attempting to open it without a configured share, nothing happens. In version 3.0.4, this functionality worked as expected.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
