set up a "WissKI Archive" process
We will need a process for providing a new WissKI instance for legacy WissKI projects that are migrated to FAUWissKICloud. This will
- collect all the data necessary for automatically setting up the WissKI instance,
- determine and document the previous "project owners" and document the project.
- clear up licensing (see cdi/attic/agfd/wisski#9) and document it.
- store this in an Excel sheet for now, later develop a custom database application.
