possible race condition in doge automatic authentication

This issue occurred upon waking up the Mac. I suspect that there is a race condition between the Authenticate Workers that are being fired multiple times (when opening/waking up the system, network changes, 300-second timer). I believe the solution could be to assign a "I am already running" flag to the tasks.
