put mdm configured shared with configurable options in the default list of shares

As for version 3.0.0 Beta 88 the shares are displayed in two separate "lists" (aka TableViews): one for user defined shares and another one for mdm defined shares.

I think it is easier and more intuitive for the user if all shares for which he or she can configure something are displayed in a list, regardless of whether they were configured by themselves or by the administrator.
mdm defined shares cannot be deleted and currently only username and password can be entered. The best way is to show an information text in the ShareViewController that this share was preconfigured by the administrator
