More information displayed to the user

Like in issue #26 described, it could be helpful to show the user which shares are defined system-wide/defined via MDM additionally to those entered by the user.
The simplest could be to show them as read-only items in the list of shares added by the user.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
