initial working version of jupyterhub with gitlab oauth

I think the plugin https://github.com/HewlettPackard/jupyterhub-samlauthenticator might be broke or I dont understand it. Anyway trying another one now

added the first prototypical iteration of the FAU jupyterlab - it doesn't run - I need to apply for access to the FAU SSO/IDM login
