Grafana monitoring setup

Set up Grafana monitoring setup for all our VMs:

1. Set up a Grafana server on some VM. Decide between:
   • Decicated VM or
   • VM where all the internal Tools run
2. Figure out which metrics we want to analyze/monitor.
3. Decide which monitoring client we use. Some Options:
   • Telegraf
   • Prometheus
   • There are potentially more that integrate with Grafana...
4. Install and configure the clients on all VMs (ideally somewhat automated, so we can extend easily with future VMs)
5. Create Dashboard(s) on the Grafana Server
6. Set up alerts when remaining disk space reaches a critical level, before everything blows up
